Brendan Hosty Joins the Board of Directors at Level Up Cincinnati

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Brendan Hosty to our Board of Directors. Brendan brings over 17 years of experience in the financial services sector, having held key positions at Hilliard Lyons and Baird.

Brendan began his career at AG Edwards as a Financial Advisor before being recruited to join Hilliard Lyons in September 2008, where he provided comprehensive investment advisory services to high-net-worth families and foundations. His expertise and dedication earned him the title of Senior Vice President. Following the merger of Hilliard Lyons with Baird in 2019, Brendan has continued his exemplary service as a Director at Baird, further enhancing his expertise in financial consulting and client relations.

In recognition of his professional excellence, Brendan was honored as a member of the Cincinnati Business Courier’s “40 Under 40” class. He has also been recognized by Financial Planning Magazine for multiple years as a “Top Regional Advisor under 40” and was most recently named “Best in State” by Forbes Magazine.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brendan has demonstrated a profound commitment to community service. He was actively involved with Starfire, a Cincinnati-based nonprofit dedicated to building inclusive communities alongside individuals with developmental disabilities, for over 11 years. Brendan served as a board member during this time, with his last four years as Board President. His fundraising efforts and leadership played a pivotal role in advancing Starfire’s mission and initiatives. Brendan continues his support for Starfire as a member of their Endowment Committee.

Brendan’s dedication to philanthropy also extends to his support of Level Up Cincinnati. As a major supporter since the organization’s inception, he has been instrumental in forging critical connections that have significantly contributed to its growth and success.

We are confident that Brendan’s extensive experience and unwavering commitment to community development will be invaluable assets to our organization. We look forward to his contributions as we continue to advance our mission and expand our impact.
