Level Up Cincinnati Welcomes Kyle Shumate to Its Board of Directors

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Kyle Shumate to our Board of Directors. Kyle brings over 15 years of experience in B2B marketing within the professional services industry. He currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Clark Schaefer Hackett (CSH), a top 100 accounting and advisory firm. In this role, Kyle oversees the firm’s overall marketing strategy, emphasizing lead generation and strategic marketing services, while leading a talented team of over 10 marketing professionals.

Kyle’s expertise encompasses internal and external communications, public relations, and content development. He has successfully implemented digital marketing plans, including website redesigns, CRM implementation, content marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and video strategies. His focus on partnership marketing has led to collaborations with referrals, peers, media outlets, sports entities, and professional/trade associations.

Beyond his profession, Kyle is deeply committed to community service. He served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati and has been a Big for nearly a decade. Kyle also chairs the Northern Kentucky Chamber’s Business Impact Awards Committee. His dedication to philanthropy extends to his support of Level Up Cincinnati, where he has been instrumental in forging vital connections that have significantly contributed to the organization’s growth and success.

In recognition of his professional excellence and community contributions, Kyle was honored as a member of the Cincinnati Business Courier’s “Forty Under 40” class in 2019.
