Level Up Cincinnati Welcomes Elena Terán to its Board of Directors

Level Up Cincinnati is thrilled to welcome Elena Terán to its Board of Directors, bringing not only a wealth of professional experience but also a deep understanding of the challenges faced by first-generation college students. Elena's multifaceted background as a program manager, volunteer, and coach uniquely positions her to contribute significantly to the organization's mission.

 

Elena currently serves as the Director of Purpose at Revision Collective, where she spearheads initiatives that bring together socially responsible businesses for collective community impact. Her dedication to purpose-driven projects aligns seamlessly with Level Up Cincinnati's commitment to empowering and supporting first-generation college students.

 

Adding to her qualifications, Elena serves as a coach to one of Level Up's scholars, providing her with an intimate knowledge of the program's impact. Her firsthand experience as a mentor reflects her commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of young individuals striving for a better future through education.

Early in her career, Elena worked as a program manager at the Peninsula College Fund, where she gained invaluable insights into the challenges faced by first-generation students. Her experience in navigating the complexities of higher education uniquely positions her to contribute strategic perspectives to Level Up's mission.

 

In addition to her professional commitments, Elena dedicates her time to community service as a board member for the Cincinnati Off-Road Alliance and the Director of Pay It Forward Cincinnati. Through her involvement in these organizations, Elena has demonstrated a commitment to fostering positive change within the Cincinnati community.
