Reflecting on his involvement, Greg Olson states,

"I've always believed that a little help or a hand up can create a monumental impact in someone's life, setting off a ripple effect of positive change. I'm excited to extend this belief to my work with Level Up Cincinnati and contribute to the empowerment of our future leaders."

 A Trailblazer in Community Development

Greg’s dynamic leadership extends beyond education. As the CEO of Urban Sites, Greg spearheads a company that has significantly transformed the Over-The-Rhine, Walnut Hills, and Covington areas. Urban Sites focuses on property development, construction services, and property management, with an emphasis on creating vibrant, walkable neighborhoods featuring residential, office, retail spaces, and affordable housing.

Greg Olson's dedication to community service is remarkable. He serves on the boards and committees of prominent organizations such as the Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library, St. Ursula Academy, Bethany House Services, Greater Cincinnati Foundation Impact Investment, The Ed & Joann Hubert Family Foundation and the William S.
